Condensate Pot    

Used as liquid or condensate traps, seal pots, vapor chambers and knockout pots.
Condensate Pot is steam that has been condensed back into water. Condensate should not be confused with dematerialized, de-ionized, make up, or softened water. When the condensate enters the boiler feed pump additional chemicals are added and the product is now called boiler feed water.

Syphons    
Syphons are used to protect instruments from high temperature & also avoid instruments directly coming in contact with process fluid, vapor, air or steam. These syphons are available in Alloy Steel or S.S with butt weld or threaded end.

Quick Couplings    
Designed for Pneumatic & Hydraulic Line application. UI couplings can be quickly connected & disconnected without spillage, while the system is in operation. Port size varies from 1/8” to 2” with variety of end connections BSP/NPT Hose & Tube End.

GAUGE SNUBBERS    
Gauge Snubbers fittings protect pressure gauges and instruments from system pressure surges and shock. Pressure damping (snubbing) is accomplished through the use of a porous sintered SS 316 Element. Snubber should be used when rapid pressure fluctuation which makes the needle of pressure gauge vibrate and difficult to read. Its unique combination of ball check cut off and a fine thread choke valve. After installation of the Snubber the fine thread check valve should be adjusted to reduce pulsation in the line and needle vibration
     
Thermowells    

Thermowell is a stainless steel unit, used in conjunction with the Stationary Sensor, Stationary Striker Sensor, or Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor. Thermowell unit houses the fuse-metal end of the device, adapting it to be used where the temperature of oil, water, gas or other elements is to be monitored. Typical applications are fuel gas headers, oil sumps, water systems and natural gas headers.
Thermowell protect the stem or bulb of the thermometers from corrosive effects, pressure and viscosity of process fluids and also allow removing the temperature gauge for recalibration, repair purpose without disturbing the process.
